Shipping & Delivery Information

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and/or email.
• Orders placed on Sundays or holidays are processed on the next working day.

• Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, etc.): 3-5 business days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5-7 business days
• Remote or rural areas: May take slightly longer depending on courier availability

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery location.
• Free shipping may be available above a minimum order value — visible on the checkout page.

You can track your order directly on our website using your Order ID. Alternatively, contact us at support.jamunsoap@gmail.com with your Order ID for a status update.

If your order arrives damaged or with tampered packaging, please follow these steps:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Share your Order ID and clear photographs of the damaged product and its packaging.
• Our team will review and arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

We currently ship across India only. International shipping is not available at this time. We hope to expand our reach soon!
